BSA has been recognized as a recipient of the prestigious 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplaces award.

The recognition underscores BSA’s ongoing commitment to cultivating a people-first culture and prioritizing an exceptional employee experience.

The Top Workplaces award is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential, research-backed survey administered by Energage, an independent employee engagement technology firm. The survey measures key aspects of workplace culture, including compensation and benefits, leadership, alignment, meaningfulness, and appreciation.

Organizations are evaluated across 26 factors proven to predict high performance and employee engagement.

This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices of our people. At BSA, we believe that empowered, engaged teams are essential to delivering impactful design solutions. This honor validates our commitment to fostering a culture where individuals feel valued, supported, and inspired.

How is this award achieved?

The award is earned—not purchased. There is no cost to participate in the survey, and winners are determined solely by employee responses. For 2026, thousands of organizations were invited to participate, with 2,375 agreeing to survey their employees. Of those, 1,661 companies earned recognition as Top Workplaces.

To qualify, organizations must employ at least 150 people in the United States and are grouped by size to ensure fair comparisons among peers.

Here’s what some of our Employee-Owners said:

“[BSA] is great, and as an individual I feel very supported. I enjoy the work we do and it challenges me to think outside the box. I can bring a fresh set of ideas, knowing that they will be heard, even if not implemented in the project. It is very nice to have that opportunity with senior members where they can acknowledge your work.”

“I previously worked at this company then left to pursue other opportunities. I came back after a few years because I really missed the great culture, environment for learning, and the engaging projects. I hope this is my forever work home so I can continue to advance in the company and watch it grow.”

“I feel valued and engaged. As an employee owner I feel empowered to share my opinions and do my work as well as I can. My coworkers are kind and thoughtful, and I enjoy the time I spend with them.”
