BSA, a nationally recognized architecture and engineering firm, is proud to announce the appointment of two new members to its nine-person Board of Directors: Jane Everett and Justin Beadle.
These appointments bring fresh energy, bold ideas, and deep experience to the table—reflecting BSA’s continued focus on shaping spaces that inspire healing, learning, and discovery.
Jane Everett, a seasoned project architect, is known for her ability to translate client visions into spaces that are functional, responsive, and rooted in their context. Her approach to design is grounded in active listening and meaningful collaboration with clients, user groups, and contractors. Jane’s experience extends beyond architecture, equipping her with the interpersonal insight to navigate complex project dynamics and stakeholder needs. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Norbert College and a Master of Architecture from Arizona State University.
Justin Beadle has more than 15 years of experience in leading design solutions for science and technology, corporate, cultural, and higher education clients. His design process is collaborative and inclusive, leveraging the strengths of diverse team members to drive innovation and meet functional goals. Justin believes that great design is not enough and looks forward to shaping the strategic and cultural direction of the firm. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Miami University, a Master of Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Master of Science in Construction Management from the same institution.
“We’re excited to welcome Jane and Justin to the Board of Directors,” said Kevin Token, BSA’s Board Chair. “They each bring a fresh perspective, a deep understanding of our clients’ worlds, and a passion for creating spaces that truly make a difference. Their voices will help shape the future of BSA as we continue to grow and shape environments that improve lives.”
