This quarter, BSA joined our clients across the country to celebrate significant milestones. From groundbreaking ceremonies and topping-out celebrations to certifications and project completions, each event highlights the meaningful impact our clients are making in their communities. As a true partner in progress, BSA is proud to help bring these visions to life.

1. University of Notre Dame – Graham Family Residence Hall
The University of Notre Dame’s Graham Family Residence Hall earned LEED Gold certification, a powerful reflection of the university’s commitment to environmental stewardship and student well-being.
2. University of Missouri – Radioisotope Science Center
The University of Missouri officially announced a new Radioisotope Science Center (RSC) in partnership with the Department of Energy’s Office of Science. This will be a cutting-edge national hub for nuclear medicine and isotope production. BSA is helping shape a purpose-built facility with high-containment laboratories, precision processing spaces, and robust safety systems, ensuring the infrastructure supports critical isotope production and translational research for clinical applications.
3. Ascension Seton Williamson Hospital Expansion
BSA joined Ascension Seton Williamson in celebrating the topping out of its major 216,000 SF tower expansion, which nearly doubles the size of the hospital. This project promises to transform healthcare delivery in one of the fastest-growing areas of Texas.
4. Wake Technical Community College – Perry Family Simulation Hospital
BSA’s partnership with Wake Technical Community College continues to thrive, recently highlighted by the Wake Tech Education and Innovation Center, which was recognized earlier this year as the Green Globes Project of the Year Runner-Up. Building on that momentum, BSA proudly celebrated the groundbreaking of the Perry Family Simulation Hospital at Wake Tech’s Perry Health Sciences Campus in Raleigh, North Carolina.
5. Houston Methodist – West Hospital Phase 3A Expansion and Comprehensive Care Center in Creekside
The topping out of Houston Methodist West Hospital’s Phase 3A Expansion marked a major milestone in the ongoing, multi-phased growth of the hospital’s west campus, led by BSA. The 122,000-square-foot expansion and renovation will enhance key departments, including emergency, imaging, interventional radiology, surgery, digestive health, food services, and the NICU. When all phases are complete, the expansion will total nearly 360,000 square feet. In addition, Houston Methodist officially opened the Houston Methodist Comprehensive Care Center in Creekside. This milestone represents the first BSA-led project completed for Houston Methodist, laying the foundation for a lasting and impactful partnership.
6. Phelps Health – Emergency Department Expansion
BSA joined Phelps Health in celebrating the groundbreaking of its new Emergency Department Expansion in Rolla, Missouri. The BSA-designed 80,000 SF addition will nearly double the department and add exam, trauma, imaging, family support, and behavioral health areas.
7. Indiana University Health – Fishers Hospital Expansion Tour
IU Health Fishers Hospital celebrated the completion of its expansion with a BSA-sponsored Indiana Society for Healthcare Engineering facility tour, culminating a collaboration that began with BSA’s Master Planning efforts in early 2020. The tour offered a presentation and guided look at the hospital’s major expansion that has grown the campus by nearly 50%.
8. Salem Township Hospital – Emergency and Surgical Department Expansion
Salem Township Hospital marked a major milestone with the groundbreaking of its Emergency and Surgical Department Expansion. With strong leadership and a diligent design approach, BSA worked with Salem Township Hospital to reduce project costs by nearly $1 million from the initial estimate.
9. Victoria County – Mental and Behavioral Health Facility
The Victoria County Mental and Behavioral Health Facility recently celebrated its groundbreaking ceremony, marking the start of a transformative project that will expand access to vital behavioral health resources across the region. The facility reflects BSA’s commitment to design that promotes safety, dignity, recovery, and community well-being.
